Unfortunately, bots don't work on this map. I generated a navmesh, and it only covers a few different points.

This is likely because the map is multi-stage and is thus made of multiple areas that are not connected. By default, nav generation just picks one spawn point and does a flood-fill out from that point, meaning the other stages will not get generated. Before generating the nav mesh, use nav_mark_walkable to mark each stage so that it can generate a navmesh for every area in the map.
