Weird water effect

    I have a water texture in my map but when I run it it looks like this:

    When compiling there are no errors except for
    *** Error: Skybox vtf files for skybox/sky_well_01 weren't compiled with the same size texture and/or same flags!
    Can't load skybox file skybox/sky_well_01 to build the default cubemap!

    I can't find any leaks in the map, though some textures are just pure black when they shouldn't be which makes me think there is some sort of leak or something.

    Leaks are one of the things that can break water - fixing it should fix this

    Any entity can leak. Leaks aren't caused by the entity themselves, but by the map having a hole in which it is possible to draw a line from any entity to the void.
