It was in the update notes. They moved it to the misc slot so you can wear a hat with the beard. Flipside is it now is no longer in the hat drop group, and will show up way more often.

I'm pretty sure the increased camera beard drop rate was a bug and is now fixed.

Just finished getting a bunch of Medic achievements, and the Medic Milestone 2 and 3.

Respawned and got 5 items.

2 of the 5 were Camera Beards.

The others were just weapons.

Crafted my toque and football into a Fedora. Got a fedora. Crafted a hatless sniper (from 3 metal things) then put 1 fedora + hatless got a medic Tyrolean...then put that with my toque to get...

My mining hat!

Which I am very happy with. >:3
