Does anyone know where or how I can get the custom map server ip or a site where I can find them.

Well I don't know, but if you don't have internet connection and you will join server, I will say, that you can't join and IP will be showed too.

If you mean the TF2Maps.net Servers, they're on the websites front page

Those are the correct IPs, he means the links to join the servers are on the front page rather than just the raw IPs written down.
