An edit of "pl_pier" that turns the first checkpoint into a hill.

The two one-way doors in the middle open depending on who has control of the point. Unclear whether or not that'll stay in the map.

Jerms updated Pier (King of the Hill) with a new update entry:

• Punched out two new doorways in the central buildings
• Improved bot navigation (getting stuck on gates, sniper/engineer hints)
• Added boundary overlays to the cap zone and lowered the cap time
• Changed the colors of the building interior on BLU's side
• Added wood planks to the bottom path
• Added a window in each spawn room so the drop chutes are more visible
• Fixed texture misalignments
