Week 6, day 3:
Set 1: 26 - even though i breathed properly, still seemed a bit hard
Set 2: 26 - my shoulders kinda hurt doing these, feels like im putting a lot of pressure on them
Set 3: 33 - i think i had my hands too close to my body, made my stance a bit wider and its more concentrated on my chest now
Set 4: 33 - pretty difficult, my angle may be too wide now
Set 5: 26 - yup these are getting really fucking hard again, no breaks so far though
Set 6: 26 - just gotta keep breathing and pushing
Set 7: 22 - PUUUUSH
Set 8: 22 - kinda helps to go a bit slower sometimes instead of throwing your arms into lock after each rep to go fast
Set 9: (max): 40 - lol site says you should be doing 60 fuuuuck thaaat
well this was apparently it. last week. 45 second breaks and a fuckton of pushups and now i should be able to do 100. theres no way in hell, but ill give it a shot this sunday.
