Jingling Christmas lights usually means the bulbs are burnt out, no wonder it is so terrible. You should fix that.

To be fair, this has a new mechanic attached so it's not just "a single hat", furthermore there have been very few community maps released without much notice, almost all of them have had some kind of update page dedicated to them.

I think that's generally the consensus, it's a neat idea but like the demoman's sword and the first set of hats, it'll lead to bad things.

Well they already added the noise maker. I guess it was only a matter of time.

Maybe the next step is instead of paint for your hats, it's audio meme clips for your radio. This is like a replacement for the broken HLSS. Now everyone can play "Captain, Jean-Luc Picard" into a server without needing third party software.
