how fix this shit ? ( this not models ( func_detail )
double click the model and select disable shadows and set it to yes
Raise the lightmap scale. Ensure that you are running vrad with real models and not the default collision hulls.

make them func_brushes and disable shadows to get rid of shadows outright.
Change the 3D view to 3D Lightmap Grid to see if there's enough Lightmap resolution for decent shadows on the wall. If the grid squares are too large, that's your problem. You can select the surface with the Toggle Texture application Tool and decrease the Lightmap size appropriately.
