For the most part I like it, but it feels a bit off in some places.

Trying to reduce my texture varieties to make the map a bit more cohesive, though.

there's a desaturated wooden slats that's used for blu stuff, i think it actually has slats in the material name too

I uhh, don't really like that wood texture you've used there Crash. It's kinda pukey-colour. Is there not a more muted brown you could use?

it's puke colored because he has an oversaturated light, and colored lights in source aren't realistic against colored textures

Sightlines

I think you need to add like these unbelievable sightlines, like crack shots and all that jazz especially on last cause it needs more something to make sniper useful

Downloads in OP, screenshots aren't updated yet, but nothing too drastic changed. The biggest thing visually is that I implemented the material change I was experimenting with in the above screenshots.

Release Candidate 1
Another big optimization pass
Changed wood beam material use on Blu side
Optimized lightmaps further (reduced file size by 25MB!)
Tightened spawn points up to enable medic to heal everyone from all positions
Bunch of minor clipping and detail tweaks

Finally had the chance to run around this one. White wood on BLU's side looks pretty nice. Good job.

Release Candidate 2
Opened basement up much more, reduced hiding spots/ corners
Moved small health/ medium ammo from inside mid side building to the concrete ledge in front of it
Fixed "dots" lighting issue on ramp at mid
Fixed some material issues
Adjusted/ removed a few props
Added some new rocks on mid
Fixed a few clipping issues (always)
