So, I use a bigger displacement, shape it up. Then a smaller one, and then I delete the big one?use a really big brush to block out shapes of hills, along with the smooth tool. Then go in with a smaller brush for fixup.
no sorry, i used the wrong word. When you edit the displacement use a bigger radius value. I also suggest using a distance value of only 1 or 2; it takes longer but gives nicer results.

Why couldn't they? Medieval mode is enforced by my map using an entity.(if tf2maps servers can run mediaeval mode)
