Austria (stage 1) - Double Trouble entry with Zythe

First stage of a collaboration between Zythe (Austrian) and myself (supposedly Austrian heritage) set in Austria, around a hydro gravity battery and nearby chairlift. This stage features a really big pipe, a really big rollback ramp, and a chairlift station.

whats new?

• moved main choke doorway on last closer to the ramp
• removed windows overlooking last and turned it into a doorway
• added one way door under last flank
• moved/added health and ammo pickups
• added lights under the pipe on A
• sight-line adjustments
• minor changes

A:
-tweaked blue spawn to give middle exit more cover
-provided more cover on cliff flank to give sentry corner more cover and allow blue flankers to get further into red's space
-gave more health to both teams

B:
-complete redesign of point and connector
-gave blue a more aggressive forward spawn
