    [SOLVED] getting rid of "shadow lines" ?

    this happened when I selected all the snow brushes and used the paint geometry to add those little mountains (if you can call it that) at the edges of the map as seen in the picture.

    Grid problem

    When i make my grid size 64 it still follows the 1 grid size and I cant find out how to fix it. It's sort of the reason my map as bad but it wasn't the entire problem, just one of the many.

    prop_static not showing up.

    Ok, I recently have this problem on my new tf2 map. None of the prop_static are showing up. I have created maps in the past and the props showed up. Just to be clear all of the props were static. How can I fix this problem or do I have to redo the entire map.

    Run Map Issue

    So my problem is after starting "Run Map", the compile happens fine, and Tf2 starts up, but upon reaching the Main Menu, it stays there and won't load the map. The main menu is fully interactable, and isn't frozen. I should also add that it would load fine, prior to mirroring the the whole map.

    so the problem is i created a boat with vertex manipulation but the front blocks corners move 1to20 HU over and over into the same spots? i tried turning them into entities/func_detail but it still occurs is there s1 knowing the issue and having a solution or should i just recreate the front...

    Different lighting effects on ground and skybox

    I'm having trouble getting even lighting on a texture, despite there being no difference in light sources. I am using the same ground texture on the main part of the map and in the skybox, and yet the ground in the main part of the map looks much darker than the skybox ground Here's what I'm on...
