i dont see why being good at the game i enjoy is necessarily a bad thing. put me on a probation period or some shit if you think im going to destroy the world with admin.

rav and icky arent going to mod in time for the next contest, and since the contest is the reason the mods are leaving theres obv a good reason for it. i dont see how volunteering to help cleanse the forums and update/upload the servers is a bad thing.

and for real muffin this isnt the 3rd grade lunch table... its not like my feedback is offensive, and youd be surprised how many pms i get asking for individual feedback. idk get off my case, i honestly just want to help and be able to run impromptus/keep judging/giving feedback.

I am in the nay flame category, and agree wholeheartedly with Rexy.

I feel that Flame has a bit too large of an ego, is sometimes a dick, and would not make reasonable decisions as a mod.

This thread is a prime example of this. Instead of taking drp's hints, and not asking, he chose to ask, in an extremely public matter. This does not show good judgement, or rational decisionmaking.

On another topic, why were Selentic and Trotim banned?

Let me tell you, kind sir, that despite your constant attempts of trying to get me to give you one thanks I have never received feedback in the form of a pm, a discussion, or any posts.

You'd make a bad mod because you do stuff like this. You end up making these huge controversies, getting a lot of people angry, and annoying the fuck out of me. You want to be mod? As long as you're willing to do your job and keep this shit from happening that's fine by me.

What people are asking is that you go pub stomp elsewhere and treatplay playtests with a less competitive attitude.

There's no need to consistantly join tests and make sure enemy players can't leave their own spawn without you and a pocket medic steam rolling each round. Under these conditions authors cannot get decent feedback. Sure, you can forward what you experienced, but you've prevented 23 other players from saying anything other than "Flame was on our team, we steam rolled" or "We were against flame so we could barely leave spawn".

How about forcing yourself to just go medic most of the time (What Nine does). Something that doesn't result in you wiping entire teams, getting 30 minute slot maps tested in less than 10 minutes. Only playing seriously if your team sucks, is a man down or something.

Gamedays arn't about showing off your mad leet skills. It's about providing a service to the author's. Your current attitude is rather selfish in this regard.
