Um if the carts getting stuck in the second section is still a problem, go check out stage 1 of pipeline, valve solved a similar problem. I think both carts cant move they effectively have a block radius so that only one team can be pushing the cart.

I doubt you forgot to pakrat it, since owlruler can see the sun

I can see you got at least one material (the red ibeam light.)

Anyhow, what did you do to try to fix the crossover bug? I didnt get it when I tried the map.
