changed high-ground shed into a walkable roof that forces players more into the middle
added more optimization to the map
added some funny physics bottles because why not
cut cap trigger to prevent capture from atop the crates
lowered cap time from 12 to 10 seconds

basic optimization
added some crates next to the point with wooden planks to get on top of them
tried to block some sightlines, tried...
added some hight variation on the beach in the form of small hills
turned a ramp next to spawn into stairs so you can see what's under it
changed water texture to island water
reduced a massive sightline from atop one of the fences
