    Changes from a2:
    • Made the team areas not at mid a lot smaller
    • Made some paths closer to mid
    • Added spectator cameras
    • Decreased respawn wave time by two seconds
    Pretty small update :p

    Finally fixed lighting on corrugated metal
    Fixed train sounds only playing after 10 seconds
    Minor optimization
    Added trigger_push underneath train to push away any debris or gold bars that get trapped underneath them
    Placed trigger_hurts in the train tunnel walls in case the train pushes you into them
    Removed trigger_hurts from the train, so now it just pushes you
    Changed skybox, environment lighting, and fog to better suit the theme
    Placed func_nobuild around trees
    Scaled mid down by 128...

    • "Sixty seconds" voiceline now plays at 60 seconds, not 75
    • Fixed lighting on corrugated metal at mid

    • Added smooth lighting groups to tunnels and sewers
    • Added hard lighting groups to a number of ramps
    • Fixed Z-fighting at red spawn
    • Slightly changed lighting in spawns
    • Fixed a displacement at mid
    • Added some lighting underneath balconies
    • Changed positioning of lights...
