Thats the definition of TF2 Spytech (read 2fort)

but at least with that there's some introduction and gradual transition to it, right now it just looks like some shiny metal things plopped on the ground.

I have this feeling, that the trunk or the boughs might be a bit too short. It also might be too uniform, when it comes to the boughs and branches.

I'm not really sure with methode I'm going to utilise, when it comes to the branches with leaves. Having single bend planes would look more realistic, but three planes intersecting (like the trees in pl_borneo) would be way easier to do, both technically and aesthetically. Some people REALLY hates the look of the trees from pl_borneo though.

TheoF114 is the freaking best. I love what he did with maple ridge, I can't wait to see what he did with this!

I have to admit this time around it's been a (very slight) bit more of a joint effort on the detail side. To be honest I don't know how he puts up with all that detail and optimization, it'd take me forever to get through all that.

You're all so kind. I don't know how you put up with all the design and layout, I could never do that. But yes, definitely more of a collaborative effort on detail this time around.

Scifi brushwork + wooden fences doesn't really work together, does it? You could easily get away with using the security fences instead (or maybe even the new retaining walls).

Its just some early artpass. Those wooden fences will change. I only had been working on the top section to make the skyline look a bit better and not completely flat.

EDIT: oh wel, here an attempt at improving them:
