Love where it's going.

But the support beams in the candle room do not look good. The horizontal ones are really long and there isn't enough vertical support.

I like the second room though, but feel like the horizontal beams are too numerous (just a smidge).

You have the idea, but your detail density is off.

I think the supports in the candle room do *look* weird, even though they're structurally fine due to the sheer skinniness of the room. My advice is to do whatever you want there, except maybe add a couple thick vertical ones like you have of horizontal ones on the ceiling.

They'll look better if you make each vertical support run the entire height of the room, not end awkwardly between horizontal ones. That both looks strange and is structurally unsound.
