It can be for any reason: most helpful, funniest, most awesome map, etc.
Couple of things:
-Thread must have been made in 2015. Although we all love the ABS resource pack thread that's old now (but still very useful
)
-First round is thread submissions. Then after a while (dates will be posted below) the 10 most popular threads stated here (either by pure mentioning numbers or thanks/likes/agree/whatever) get added to a poll to make a top 5 and after a while after that (dates will be announced when poll is made) the ultimate top 5 is made
-Submissions are taken in until January 18th 2016, 12PM GMT+1. After that voting on the poll starts.
-Threads can be made by anyone including yourself.
