Updated the bot to better support the upcoming hosts role.

More tidying up was done on the bot site thanks to MCL.
Burguers added !notes as a command on the servers as well as displaying the notes in csay at the start of each round.

Minor QoL change. If you use the Contact Us button in the footer on any page, assuming you're logged in, it will redirect and auto start a conversation with the entire staff team. Similar to ModMail on discord but less shit. Users not logged in will still send an email form to contact@tf2maps.net via the prompt.

Email issues have been resolved. Who knew sending a few thousand would fill our monthly queue up for the next three months.
