Well the shotgun is a w_model, so right now as a replacement it's external-view only. I have no idea how I would go about doing the viewmodel, or even if I'm expected to.

I believe you just need to do the c_model since thats what TF2 now uses for all new weapons.

The c_model is basically just a w_model only it's also used by the weaponless arm models they've got for the v_models.

So just do the w_model.

Just wondering, how many polies does that thing have? Regardless though, I think you can get away without making any of the small rings geo (they're hardly visible in first-person as far as I can see anyway) and instead just putting them on the texture. Even then you could probably halve the amount of small rings and it might look a bit less... cluttered. It already has a lot of detail compared to existing ingame weapons as it is.

but only because its the only hammer that looks like a real tool. A and B look like shapes put together that only work in the modelling application of your choice ^^

A or B! I'd prefer A because... I don't know, it seems like a heavier, more powerful hammer.

after having looked at these google pages, i have to revisit my first choice and state that i clearly prefer C over A and B.
because the two look like only a wuss would use it :eek:~~~~~
