Does Clip texture clip robots like how the playerclip clips players?
Robots are bots which are considered clients by TF2. Both playerclip and clip work identically, no matter which you use or whether that is a bot, robot or a real player.
Bots are recognised as players, so anything that affects players will affect bots too (except for team-specific entities and triggers). So, yes.

If you want to clip just players or just bots, use nodraw on a func_respawnroomvisuliser set to the opposite team

Does robots avoid func_respawnroomvisualizer?
They can't physically pass through it like how you cant walk into an enemies spawn on any other map
but do they avoid like how they avoid nav_avoid? or will they rub their face on it if its in their way?
They will try to move through it, so you'll need to disconnect/remove any nav meshes that go through it
Preferably remove the nav meshes or else the bomb might end up being placed there.
