Merc Ridge - A Smaller KOTH Map

It's a smaller KOTH map, and the second map that I've released.
It will be set on the ridge of a mountain, with Blu and Red fighting over the point which is just below an arch of rock

- Removed door into building from flank
- Changed sizes of health and ammo packs (less on flanks, more on main routes)
- Minor optimisation

- Removed flank room which leads around point
- Added drop-down from where the removed flank ended to underneath the point, increasing the size of the tunnel
- Added platform in basin area
