I think that announcer looks pretty much perfect. Especially if you've listened to some of the sound files included for her that valve doesn't use in-game.

The orange part is glowing, but otherwise yes you are correct, the filter goes at the mouth end of a cigarette, however not all cigarettes have filters and not all are orange, some are the same white as the rest of the cigarette

Wow, I tried drawing the announcer once, and the result was pretty much exactly the same. Without the silly multicolored suit. And the somewhat unfitting cigarette. Mine wasn't close to as good overall, though.

I guess that really shows how well the voice work is for this game - people can imagine almost the exact same look of a character, by voice only.
