Day 3 - Monday Feb 21s
Just getting out of bed today was a bitch. Since this is my official day one I'm going to try out the following routine: Stretch, Do the first four sets of pushups, Eat breakfast, Do the "As many as I can" set. My thinking is that the break will give me a little more energy for that last push, and be more like the very final test.
Set 1 - 10] Check
Set 2 - 12 Check
Set 3 - 7 Check
Set 4 - 7 Yessss... ugh my arms hurt.
Hooray! Breakfast break! Today I'm eating two eggs with 1/2 cup flax seed. 2 cups raw spinach and 1/2 cup black beans. Nom nom nom.
Set 5 - At least 9 Okay so... I forgot to count because I was focusing on good breathing. Dumb, I know, but I'm sure I did at least 9.
I'd also like to add here that I've been brewing my own probiotics. I have three big batches of
Kombucha growing and drink two bottles a day. It has a kind of sour/bubbly/wine taste to it. I absolutely love them and really like the weird science experiment that sits on my shelf. If anyone here is interested in brewing their own I can explain. However, you'll need a starter so check your local Crazy House, er Nutrition/Healthfood store to see if they have any of the beverages first. You can start your own culture with the store bought beverage as there are live cultures in every bottle.
