So I was lurking the TF2 SA thread and this caught my eye:

Oh and for those who don't know GreenMarine is a Valve employee.
Well if Valve does get around to it no more having to redo your loadout every time you change map, just select your pre-set or whatever Valve come up with.

Even better would be the ability to script it to a single key so you don't even have to open the load out screen in spawn, you just hit a key and instantly switch out your primary/secondary/misc slot.
This is a shoddy concept sketch and I'm no UI expert but you could put the buttons on the class selection screen:
I'm really surprised this feature isn't already implemented given the number of weapons in the game right now, it'd just make load out changes that much easier.
