You've got some great geometry here, especially those curved roofs and the tall building on the highground. That being said, detail is a bit sparse. There are quite a few blank surfaces, particularly in the bases. It works, but it could look better.
Map is very grey; some added red or blue colour to theier respective sides would help players find their way around. Admittedly, it's not that difficult in the first place considering the small size of flake, but it couldn't hurt.
A lot of places are darker than usual by TF2's standard, particularly in the spawn and base areas. They should be brightened up a bit more.
Your skybox is about half done. On the low ground end, you have a great skybox that extends off into the distance and fades into the background. On the high ground end, there is no skybox; it just ends abruptly.

When I first loaded the map, I was greeted by console spam and two unclear spawnpoints.
The supports and trims inside the bases aren't clipped, so players can stand on or get stuck on them. Some places where cliff meets concrete can also be crouch-jumped onto, which may not be intentional.
Framerate is decent, but it should be better considering the size of the map. You have a lot of dev textures that could be nodrawed instead.
The capture zone extends a little bit onto the next height level.
