Exquisite Corpse - rip seba

Three maps become one in this vanSulli + Idolon + abp collaboration disaster. We started with a .vmf that had just two payload points and each of us filled out part the rest without knowing what the others were making.

-added forward spawns (red until cp1 is taken, blue once cp2 is taken)
-closed some routes until forward spawns activate/deactivate to guide players in the right direction
-built cubemaps
