You can ignore those skybox errors completely. It doesn't affect anything in TF2 as long as you build your own cubemaps.

You do need to do something about those power 4 displacements. Generally it's best to not exceed power 3 displacements. Power 4 displacements can cause crashes if grenades or stickies get in contact with them.

If you say your props/lighting are missing it's an entirely different problem to these two. Could you post the entire log?

Your map has a leak it seems. Check your skybox brushes and see if there are any gaps between them or you have an entity sealing your map. Even a 1HU gap between the brushes will cause one. Try loading the point file to see if that helps you find the leak

i see few gaps in the skyboxes all been fixed but the disapearing entities wont stop

Your map has a leak it seems. Check your skybox brushes and see if there are any gaps between them or you have an entity sealing your map. Even a 1HU gap between the brushes will cause one. Try loading the point file to see if that helps you find the leak

I think i find the leak but.... i dont see any prop outside the skybox

problem stilll not solved

the ammo pack is still leaked even its inside the skybox

Moving entities away from a skybox brush won't solve anything. You need to find a hole in the skybox brush (or any other brush for that matter) that can allow an entity inside the world to touch the black "void". Removing or relocating entities won't solve anything, the hole(s) need to be fixed. That red line from the point file indicates where an entity is leaking to. If it's going trough a brush, check to see if that brush isn't a brush entity. Only world brushes seal a map. If it is a world brush, your best bet is to remake that brush because Hammer sometimes likes to show brushes that aren't really there when the map compiles because Hammer is dumb sometimes.

Hammer has a really useful method of finding leaks. Go to Map > Load Pointfile. Hammer will draw a red line from the leaking entity to the outside of your map. You can use that to find holes.
