Engineer Bot Support

Requested feature for engineer bot support, so I added some bot hints for it. This update also adds a couple new things that were requested in the past and fixes some older bugs and things.

New Features:

• Added engineer bot support
• Added 25 and 50 Chips bot tags
• Added wave end relays that don't pick a path to allow popfiles to choose a specific bomb path
  • (add "_nopath" to the typical wave end relays)

where are all the casino assets from? Or are they custom made for the map? I'd love to be able to use them for my own maps.

The textures and models for the games were all made specifically for the map. They wouldn't really work outside of it since they're gigantic and the numbers were for the gameplay.
