After the breakers are reset, you can open the loading doors to allow access to the CP for your teammates then close them to secure the CP.

How to reset the breakers:

1. shoot the grey lever 4 times
2. shoot the green button
3. shoot the green buttons with labels.

4. if done correctly an anouncement will say "main power restored".

Why is that even necessary for playing the map?

Why not just turn it into a simple button press instead of making an essential part of your map so convoluted?
