A copy of some PM's sent to flame by me and his response. Just making it public knowledge.

Flame,
I can't find a way to say this without sounding like a disapproving father, so I'm just going to say it. In my opinion, your behavior and your attitude and the way you treat other members during gameday and in the chat room and on the forums are not acceptable forms of positive cooperation. I know you have plenty of enemies here at tf2maps.net, but I don't know how many friends you've made other than a handful of those that I can count. My point is that I have only one enemy here at tf2maps.net, and that's you. And when I have a problem with someone I don't waste time. I do something about it.
So that's why I posted that thread. I'm not the only one who feels that way about you. I feel the number of positive things you contribute to this community are severely out-weighed by the amount of negative influences and people you've upset as a result of how you present yourself here at tf2maps.net.
Where other members are willing to complain about you loudly or do their best to ignore you, I simply have no patience for dealing with members that treat other members like garbage.
The threat of banning permanently or for whatever period of time does nothing to change the fact that what I posted I did in the interests of exposing problems of unrest and conflict that needs to be taken care of.
The fact of the matter is there's no positive reason why should treat people the way you are. It's unacceptable.
Now there's very little I can do at this point other than keep talking. Which is why I'll finish my thoughts with this:
I'd like you to consider revising the way you approach criticism toward mappers and consider more civility when talking and treating people during gameday, the forums, and chat. Furthermore, I'd like to you to consider that gameday is not comp play and therefore should be not treated as such. You can't deny that players will stack with you when they see you consistently scoring well above any other player. If someone asks you to leave, then I would ask you to consider leaving.
Comments today from impromptu testing like, "the other team is just sitting are jerking off" what kind of way is that to assess the balance of a map? That does nothing but aggravate and inflame other players. It sure as hell pissed me off.
What is really hard about this is that you provide feedback to authors that's important. Now you hardly ever do this in a polite way, and how are authors supposed to take you seriously when you're downright patronizing them?
I've been talking with Shmitz for a long time now, and I agreed to compromise and pm you to discuss my problems with you. But if things aren't getting better, I don't see any reason to break that compromise if you won't at least think about those things I've asked you to consider.
Pm me back, rexy

My "handful" of friends is pretty ginormous. Had your thread stayed up I'm sure the number of people agreeing with you would have been much much less than the people disagreeing and siding with me. Just because I piss people off 4 people in the chat room does not mean Im negatively impacting the community, just saying

You and 5 people are not going to be the majority here. The only people who got remotely annoyed were you void and possibly supertoaster who would not side with you on banning me since I help him and everyone else all the time. Open your eyes. People I've upset? really? its a video game on the internet. man up and take criticisms if I say the maps not enjoyable.

Im still failing to comprehend when and where I treated anyone like garbage. Aiming rockets and hitting shotgun shots is not "treating people like garbage"

I'm pretty sure my uploading of maps and giving a lot of useful feedback is not what I would call unrest or conflict which needs to be taken care of.
Now there's very little I can do at this point other than keep talking. Which is why I'll finish my thoughts with this:

Do you even know me? lol You act like you play with me all the time or interact with me ever. Sorry next time I'll miss my shots on purpose and build sentries in the corner or play battle medic so my score isnt so high. your point here is pretty null and I'm not going to quit testing because I got too many kills on a public server.

Uhh a lot of people take me seriously, thanks though

All this is was a desperate cry for attention. Making a thread saying IM BOYCOTTING FLAME FROM TESTING is not a very mature way of getting shit done. None of your points are even remotely valid since you obviously have no idea who my connections are or how much time I've put into TF2 and the community at hand. You play your game, I'll play mine. If you want to keep trying to get me banned or whatever go for it because I assure you that it will not turn out in your favor.
