If you read the fine print, you'll see that donors can use their powers any time there isn't a formal testing. In this case, it's not only allowed, but encouraged.

To obtain GMT from local time, use the corrections below. For example, 10:00 PDT is 10:00 + 7:00 = 17:00 GMT)

I live at GMT 0 so i look at CST - GMT

CST - GMT +6

Go down the list.

1800 - 0000

So at 6pm CST it'll be midnight GMT.

Edit: Incase people don't know their GMT +/- (which they really should given gamedays) you can use this i guess
