Originope's Improved Material Browser February 1 2025

(Completed almost an entire year ago, I somehow forgot to upload this until today!)

Fully redone the entire pack from scratch - the pack now also removes the "tf" keyword from several broken and otherwise unnecessary textures, such as "beneath" water textures.

Added the dev keyword to the red and blue customdev textures.
Sorry I forgot to do this in the last update!

The "tf" keyword has been added to a few more dev textures, along with a new "dev" keyword.
