experimental removal of closest to attackers high path on C.

Added morale boost for blu team.
Reworked area betwen B and C, attackers now should have easier time there.
Made C twice as big and reworked it slightly, now players will experience a lot more heigh changes when moving around C but there still is one superior heigh advantage(pipe betwen 2 buildings) for defenders, attacking soldiers now can easier spam that pipe with splash damage.
Slight changes to B to make it a little bit bigger.
now blu spawn time gets shorter every cap.
changes to routing from A to B should allow blu team to repel red counter-attacks more easily.
blu left route to A has been made jumpless.
finally adjusted timer, odd that no one ever left feed back about timer not adding time on A and B captured
Major changes include:
Trucks have been moved out of bounds.
Reworked area betwen A and B, now there are dynamic routes that close and open on point capture, it now takes longer for attackers to get to B but they have more cover when moving in to the point.
B point has been opened up a bit and one of the big ammo packs has been removed.

Reworked Red and Blu spawns, Blu is now very resistable to spawncamping.
Tweaked respawn times for both teams, no more 20+ seconds respawns.
Opened up third way into B.
