1. place dewm_brush_n_decals.zip in your "team fortress 2" folder, i.e. \steamapps\common\team fortress 2
2. extract files

manual install:
1. open dewm_brush_n_decals.zip
2. extract "brush"-folder into \steamapps\common\team fortress 2\tf\materials\dewm
3. extract "decals"-folder into \steamapps\common\team fortress 2\tf\materials\dewm
4. this should be the search path for materials: \tf\materials\dewm\brush
5. this should be the search path for decals: \tf\materials\dewm\decals
