A cozy home in a rural land is about to have some unexpected guests come knocking.

Don't worry, it isn't the Chinese mafia, but these folk are looking for a briefcase hidden on the property. RED and BLU must battle on the second floor and maintain control for a whopping five minutes.

There's a lot of entry points for this house: windows, a back door, and the basement. Think you can perform a break-in for that briefcase?

I done did the thing, I figured out cubemapping... sorta. It's my first attempt, so while it may not be perfect, it's satisfactory for props in the map that require cubemapping. With this knowledge, I'll be going back to older maps in the next week or so and giving them a cubemap treatment. Countryside was made in about a week, right after the publication of the Prairie. This map is loosely based on my own home, so once again, it's very experimental with tight quarters and a somewhat open yard.

I have a community server themed around mostly old-school TF2: the SMIZZ server. It contains older custom maps (along with mine), improved and functional TFBots, loads of silly rebalancing, and much more! The IP for anyone willing to join: 209.192.176.10

To download and play the map yourself:

1) Subscribe, boot up TF2, and go to this folder address: steam/steamapps/workshop/content/440

From there, visit the folder with the matching workshop link ID, then copy-paste it into your tf/maps folder.

2) Open TF2, then go to your console and type map workshop/insert workshop link ID here to download and enter the map.

Patch #1: Cubemap has been added. BLU is more protected at their spawn. BLU snipers can now aim into the capture zone on the second floor from their spawn roof.
