Scout

Sniper, pretty normal setup.

I'd assume that the no hat thing is like a "not-draw attention to myself" sniper trick?

Not at all. It's just all the other snipers hats with exception of the Yellow Belt and Larkin suck.
Both of which I've worn for a long time and got bored of. The bald hats are cool :3
