The replay is excellent, I watched the whole thing and it was pretty useful. I lol'd at it all being in French though, I could only sometimes grasp the meaning of things, haha. Anyway, if you've got overall impressions yourself they're welcome, and thank you for the demo.
My players were quite lost about what to do and where to go.
I think it would help to have more directions and arrows.
They were quite lost about what to do too: the first time, they didn't understand it was a tc/ctf and not tc/cp like hydro (which was the only tc they knew)
The problem is, the first time we played your map, there were what we call "pickup" players (players not from my community) and they rated bad your map, were lost and, that's the main point, were stupid.
The problem will be locating the intel until the hud problem is fixed, but for my community players, they said the map was nice, beautiful, "far cry meets TF2"
If I remember correctly, people die when they fall on the sea, but they expected to swim like in maps like 2fort or any map with water inside.
Maybe you should allow them to swim or add signs saying that the sea is dangerous
