i don't know if they have already given the medals out yet because i haven't gotten mine. an update would be nice.

Please stop asking this question god....
It has been said MANY TIMES in MANY forums, that the medals will be given out within the week, if not early next week.
The staff are currently more focused on the downloads being busted, as thats more important then a free item people get for participating in the jam.
All the updates you could ever want. Please pay attention to the banner announcements and avoid creating unnecessary threads.
They're coming out some time in a week, but maybe if you ask again they will get here faster
