I had a same idea a few months ago 
No life stream but just recording everything from start to end. (100s of hours). But I that would be a lot of GBs (~250) to upload
Maybe I'll still do that going to the whole progress of making a map (the next map). Making tutorials of the most interesting parts (making a layout, brush shapes,displacements, skinning, lightmaps, entities, modeling, fixing bugs, releasing/promotion ect.)
