urgh, i don´t like gorge, it´s without character and unfulfilling, it needs more stages. some corridors lead to positions that don´t really pay up for the detour :/

I liked Gorge. Kind of a grind, but i like the openness

Double Cross was a s-load of fun when I played it. The low bridge being a viable route to run the intel is a great feature, way better than the sewer in 2fort

Yeah, i just played gorge and it felt like it needs something.

I dunno. Said something to the effect in a different thread, but I think that extra stages would just wreck what they were going for in Gorge.

No kidding man, that dead end right outside the intel is such a trap. The rest of the map is good though.

I don't like Gorge. The first point seems completely open, and the last is just so closed, it ends up being a bunch of spam in the middle of A and B.

Double Cross is very complicated, but when you get the layout it's great fun! I'll be playing this for some time

I was hoping for some more epic maps with this update. What happened to the 3-stage pl?

I think gorge and doublecross are both good maps, it's just that when you first play doublecross, it would be a good idea to explore your own base, before entering the enemy's.

Like your choice of song (Sigur Ros). Haven't actually booted up my pc yet (on vacation), but doublecross looks pretty good. Gorge (again, judging only from the flythrough) is okay - pretty plain in areas.

I like them both, but what's with the stairs in gorge? I mean, they're huuuuuuuge!

Mayan pyramids have shallower steps.
