    Yo yo.

I'm trying to compile my map with HDR so I can do a nice flythrough of it in SFM, but VBCT always crashes when it attempts to compile with it enabled. It compiles the LDR version just fine, but then gives me a 'vrad.exe has stopped working' and forces me to quit it.

Here's what my compile log gives:

Any ideas how to fix it? Just to note, I have -StaticPropLighting, -StaticPropPolys and -textureshadows enabled in Advanced Compile Options.

is the a lighting file for the -texturedshadows?

I haven't had to do this for a while (like last year), but you might need a .rad file if you do textureshadows?

I'm probably wrong, but something worth having anyways.

What happens if you just run rad in hammer - do you get the same result? That way you can figure out if it's your vmf or hammer or VBCT - you're just eliminating the chance of a software error or determining if you are having one.
