I liked the original colour scheme, as it continues with the Steam Colours, what else did you change apart from the colours because there seems to be an awful lot of malfunctioning with the Badges now? I know they will be fixed, but a reason as to why it's happening would be great. Maybe a vote on whether Vanilla colours should remain or some new brighter colours should be introduced should be made?

I'm not sure. It seems that the downloader often returns empty files or fails to connect to the Steam servers, while on the test server everything seems to be alright.
I've added a fall-back system (the old version also had one), but it will only solve the error messages, not the connection problems.

As regards to the look&feel, I'll try to use the Steam look together with some color customizing for the forum.

Already done, the briefcase icon in the screenshot links to tf2items.com. Just have to finish some coding and I'll send the update to drpepper.

No, as in the old steam profile thing..... The iframe version, not the AJAX one

which is what he said, ok so he said it was using the old orange instead of being more specific like you, but you two are both saying the same thing over and over... you agree damnit!

Its the old one, ok we get it, stop correcting each other!

Overreact much?
We only "corrected" eachother once.

I've noticed the "Invalid community data" error is showing up here sometimes. For those who're wondering about that: this isn't an error caused by the widget, but by the steam community API.

For example, the name in Matt's profile contains non-UTF characters (, and ).
See http://steamcommunity.com/id/lordmatthoffman?xml=1, Firefox (and probably some other browsers, but not IE) complains about errors in the XML file, so it can't load the profile properly. This affects his profile as well as everyone who have added him to friends.

Currently, there's no clean solution for that, except to remove/replace these characters in the profile.
