(My boyfriend and I don't need one to weigh ourselves because we stay pretty constant, and I don't use scales in cooking because I just don't need to. Those are the only kind I can think of?)

If you are a cooking pro like myself you don't need a scale. You just throw some shit into the pan and your magical powers do the rest.

Yeah, I'm pro as hell.

Actually, one thing I noticed is that a lot of my friends from the UK and Europe cook by gram and measure everything that way, whereas in America I think the majority of people use measuring cups/spoons or something. I guess we do things by volume rather than weight.

The in-game ones are probably 1/3 this size. You couldn't ride an in-game one, this one you could. There are actual ponies smaller than this.
