Yea, an artpass entrant was someone who entered the 2010 artpass contest. If you didn't do that, you ignore that requirement, and look at the others.
Because they were told that they were going to recieve it... just because they were told after/during the contest wont have made people any less disappointed by the missed opportunity to get something nice.
Plus surely by now you should have come to realise that the majority of the TF2/steam player base are whiney self entitled brats to begin with.
