Hmm...never realized there was "the list!"

We've been a long standing and close-knit bunch of gamers who just like to have fun. I.e. most of us don't play the game too seriously, but we always love to see good custom maps. I'm the guy in the community that takes in map suggestions and looks for new maps myself to put on our TF2 server. We currently run a mixture of 1/3 stock and 2/3 custom. Please feel free to send us any good maps (generally beta releases or higher) on our forums, or message me in Steam if I happen to be online.

We also do testing every Sunday at 9pm Eastern if any mapper would like to see their creation in action with 32 players.

plays some, but we (well, most of them, hehe) are very fussy! Still, that might be what you are looking for.
Although, I did get comments from my fellow clan members which were along the lines of:
"Orange maps are stupid"
(it was alpha playtesting...)

A friendly community of gamers - TF2 and Left 4 Dead, along with Garry's mod.

We have a teamplay server, a custom map lab - 24/7 customs and a Machinima server.

Mappers given admin on the Map Lab to enable them to set their maps.

We're a friendly bunch. :)

Population: Mostly Europe, some US, 1 South Korea :)

I played on a Furry Pound server once, saw a pornographic dragon spray. But it was fun, and they were playing on a custom map I hadn't seen before.
