[Solved] Texture gets "cut off" when being underwater

I've seen issues like this when multiple water surfaces at different levels are within the POV. It could also be a bug with either VBSP or VVIS.

The func_detail brush was deep in the ground.
The texture was above the water, in the water and under the ground at the same time which caused the texture to be cut off.
It's all fixed now
