Shortcut Sign

Is there anyone out there who knows of a tf2 model, texture, or overlay of a sign that reads "Shortcut"? If not, could someone create one? Thanks!

You could just make your own in the image editor of your choice. Photoshop, Paint.net, Gimp, heck even Microsoft paint if you want.

Then just import the image into VTFedit. I'll let you learn how to do that yourself (hint: there are guides here on TF2maps and elsewhere on the internet)
