How would you do fuzzy screens on a wall like this in hammer?

There's some decent HL2 TV screen textures in Hammer. The fuzzy one doesn't look exactly like the clean and classic "snow" we all know about, but it should suffice.

If you want an animated version, though, you might need to make one yourself.

Probably the one with the fuzz in the background.

Sorry I can't tell you the exact name. I'm not at my main computer right now, and this one doesn't have Hammer installed.

If you have Half-Life 2: Episode Two, "effects/screen_monitor_blank" is very close to the effect you want. Otherwise, you can just search for "screen" in the Hammer texture browser and use any of the static textures in the "effects" folder.
